What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment is made through Paypal.
Is my credit card information safe on your site?
Your credit card information is not stored on our website as all payments are made through the secure Paypal Payment Gateway.
When will my order be shipped? Who do you ship with?
To prevent delays in your crafting time, we ship most orders the next business day. Actual delivery arrival time depends on Canada Post and where you live in Canada
All orders ship via Canada Post.
I don’t live in Canada, will you ship to me?
We currently only ship within Canada but if you don’t live in Canada, then either call 905-877-1521 or email your order to email@example.com and we will handle your order in our brick and mortar store and ship directly to your home.
What if my item is backordered?
Unfortunately, there are times when an item is out of stock. If your item is backordered, we will contact you to offer you a refund on the backordered item or the option of waiting until the item is back in stock. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they arrive in our shop.
What is your return policy?
Our online return policy is the same as it is in our store. There are no returns on patterns, needles, hooks, notions but all yarn that is in original condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
