Learn to knit this very popular hat designed by Caitlin Hunter. This is a two week class. The first session is January 15 and the second is one week later on January 22.
Prerequisites: You need to come to class with the following section completed:
Choose size (listed below) and cast on appropriate number of stitches:
16″ requires 80 stitches (K1tbl, p1) repeat to end of round for 1″ brim
20″ requires 100 stitches (K1tbl, p1) repeat to end of round for 1.25″ brim
24″ requires 120 stitches (K1tbl, p1) repeat to end of round for 1.5″ brim
cast on the stitches, join in the round and knit the brim
Prerequisites: must be able to cast on, knit, purl and knit in the round.
Materials: Georgetown Yarn sample is knit in Sugar Bush Yarn Crisp (2 balls) and Sugar Bush Yarn Drizzle (1 ball)
Hat sizes are 16″, 20″ and 24″.
